A roman-looking stone temple that was actually built... in 1869 ! A lot of people are confused and believe that it was built by the romans and stood the stress of time until now. Originally it was a gallo-roman archeology site with remnants of small buildings and this temple was built as a very very very small museum.

It's written everywhere that it was built lately as an hommage to the era of the initial site but lots of visitors seems to lack reading comprehension and get surprised "What ? It's not from the Roman era ? But it looks Roman, are you sure it was built later ???"

IT'S WRITTEN RIGHT ON THE PLASTIC PLATES IN FRONT ON THE ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE !!!

The place is awesome when it's cloudy/misty like in the picture ! Usually it's very crowded but it was cold and cloudy so I was able to wander absolutely alone for almost an hour. I took a lot of pictures and sat against a pillar to daydream. It's one of my best memories of being alone in an archeological site.
