Cool concept. The rendering of the holes is fantastic, and clearly the center piece here. Unfortunately, the other elements are a bit flat, which I feel let's down the piece a bit. Some more skin texture rendering could have made the holes feel more gnarled. The amount of gore is ambitious, which might be the point, but I would have liked to see more (for a gross horror vibe) or less (for that true "head empty" experience). I am also not sure what the beach background means. All I can think is that the holes are frothy, like the water or the sea creatures. I dunno. tl;dr holey moley

Love the concept and all the cool shapes/intersections/shades of the holes. So cool!!
