Im totally gonna buy the game the guy that looks like a deleted file is an unused npc character from chapter 2, i just found it to be a fun design on the sprite sheet and wanted to draw it. the scissor dancers on the left are from chapter 1. the rest of the characters are from chapter 3. yes please!!!! i got deltarune the day SURVEY_PROGRAM.exe was released into the world and i distinctly remember opening up that suspicious file on my surface tablet in homeroom in high school and being surrounded by like three or four classmates all watching me play chapter 1 over my shoulder. (i was in an art & game design program so we had a lot of nerds). we were all like "UNDERTALE 2 ??????????? OH MY GOD SURVEY_PROGRAM.EXE IS A FULLY PLAYABLE GAME." it felt unreal i'll always remember it. of course deltarune firmly established its own identity separate from undertale pretty quickly. i knew toby fox before undertale released since i was a homestuck fan back in 2012 or 2013 and it feels like i've seen this guy rise out from such a niche little circle, it's amazing.
