The tree is massive, deserving of respect and wonder. The valley around us was open, speckled with other smaller trees sprouting up through the thin distant fog. My chest feels lightened just looking at this thing, truly a magical place. There were a pair of bald eagles flying around the valley as well, they might be in the picture somewhere but at this resolution it would be hard to make out.
