In November 2019 I had the enormous privilege of visiting Cape Town, South Africa, for work. While there, I took the opportunity to climb up Table Mountain and scaled a barrier in order to find myself a seat on the edge of the mountain. It felt like sitting on the edge of the world - certainly the edge of a continent! - as the sun crawled down into the ocean below.
