Hello I'm Rot! A disabled autistic artist who is perpetually exhausted :p
I have my fingers in a lot of creative avenues and I love making things in general so you can find me doing a plethora of creative stuff. My primary loves are art and music, so I've been trying to do those a lot more here lately!

I've been kicking around the web since 2008, so it's really nice to have a forum that I enjoy again! Thanks for having me.

That's actually why I linked it. It's the only comprehensive guide I know of that doesn't consider it something to be cured. Though they insist it's purely a skill, when really it could be neurodivergence for some people.

It's written by someone that became anphantasic through trauma, and they offer ideas with working on trauma before working on visualisation.
